Renovated Space, Good Location

new hotelself check-inconvenient parkingspacious room
I got access using self check-in. Codes access the building. A video explained where doors led. Parking behind is plentiful. The room was spacious and modern. Power sockets were convenient. The location works well. I walked to a food-court. A bakery was across the street.
The code worked on only one door to access. It wasn't near my room. Getting stuff from the car was hard. I had to use stairs. I didn't call management. I asked staff, but they could not explain.
Location
9/10
The hotel features a centralised location near various restaurants and retail shops, providing easy access to essential amenities, and a grocery store is also located nearby for added convenience. This makes it easier to explore the area and get anything they may need.
Service
8/10
The staff is easy to contact using email and phone, ensuring prompt assistance if needed, and the email messaging system proves effective for communication with friendly and helpful support, which also helped me coordinate a taxi after I left.
Dining
9/10
The area features a large food-court within walking distance and a bakery directly across the street from the accommodation, offering convenient options, and many restaurants are located near this accommodation within easy reach from this place.

Adequate but Flawed Stay

missing remotenoisy door
The absence of on-site staff created issues. My room door had problems and made a great deal of noise when operated. the room lacked a coffee and tea maker, and the TV remote was missing. I reported these issues, but no one came to address them .

elegant bathroomobnoxious processkeypad issue
The bathroom was quite elegant. Parking was available every day, a few blocks away from a great food hall.
The check-in process felt obnoxious. I got a very long email with lots of details and videos. There has to be an easier way (it was like a hassle). My keypad code didn't work initially, and I had to call, frustrating.

I appreciate the secure luggage room available in the lobby. It proved very useful since I arrived before the official check in time at 3 pm. I also noted proximity to a local supermarket. The location is very safe FOR me.
the keypad system needed some getting used to, but I MANAGED. All i did was click any key to activate them before entering the code.
